CITY OF BALLARAT

We were excited once again to be asked to create a unique TVC campaign promoting the 2017 Ballarat Heritage Weekend. We immersed ourselves in the 1950’s detective theme; ‘Unravel the mystery - Discover the history’ by creating a ‘film noir’ inspired creative, using key locations around Ballarat as our backdrop. Deliberately dramatic and full of retro cinematic techniques, the campaign plays on the highlight the ‘mysterious’ program of events while showcasing the iconic backdrop of this historical city in sharp, contrasting black and white. Such an enjoyable project to create, and hopefully to watch.
